Civica Enterprise Agreement

14/09/2018 - Civica Enterprise Agreement

The Borough Treasurer has agreed to enter into an enterprise agreement to fix costs for a 5 year period and to give easy access to a range of Civica modules (used to deliver the Council’s revenues and benefits services) at a lower cost.

The total cost of the additional investment was £150,000 and was anticipated to yield a saving of £325,750.

The decision was taken after consultation with the Cabinet Member for Reform & Governance.
