Decision:
The Borough Treasurer has agreed to enter into an enterprise agreement to fix costs for a 5 year period and to give easy access to a range of Civica modules (used to deliver the Council’s revenues and benefits services) at a lower cost.
The total cost of the additional investment was £150,000 and was anticipated to yield a saving of £325,750.
The decision was taken after consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Reform & Governance.

Alternative options considered:
Similar modules from other suppliers were
considered but these would not be compatible with the Civica Open
Revenues system. It would not be cost effective to either develop
these in house or secure them from another supplier
