Reason for urgency: The Stockport School Prudential Borrowing request needs to be considered as an urgent matter as the schools contribution is critical in order for the overall school capital scheme to proceed. The scheme overall is approx. £7m and will be addressing key school conditions requirements (ie. 3.	Reprofiling of Pooled Budget Contributions New! Decision maker: Cabinet Decision: 17 Mar 2020 Lead officer: Michael Cullen Decision status: Recommendations Approved Notice of proposed decision first published: 28/02/2020 This decision will be taken under urgency procedures. Reason for urgency: The matter is required to be considered by the Cabinet in March to agree and implement changes to the pooled budget contributions prior to year end. The proposal is considered low risk to the Council but the timing of the decision is crucial to achieve the outcomes desired.
