• Councillor Becky Senior - Personal - As a consultee with regard to a development application now the subject of an appeal and listed in the report.
• Councillor Steve Gribbon - Personal and Prejudicial - As there was reference to the Garden House development and he was known to the applicant. Councillor Gribbon left the meeting during part of the consideration of this item relating specifically to the Garden House development and took no part in the discussion or vote.
