Response to Ombudsman’s Report on parking permits in the Central Parking Zone (CPZ)

 

 

The purpose of this paper is to share the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman’s (the Ombudsman) report regarding a complainant (Mr X) being refused a parking permit in the CPZ (see Appendix A). This paper summarises the Ombudsman’s findings and recommendations and details the remedial action taken by the Council following the decision.
