and approval by Cabinet. This report is shorter, and more
data-driven, providing highlights and exceptions reflecting
progress in delivering the Council's priorities and budgets since
the Mid-Year Report. It is accompanied by the Leaders Report which
reflects on key challenges and areas of progress, including
developments at Greater Manchester level.
