The Stockport Borough Plan was published in
2015, following approval by SBMG and endorsed by the Council
Meeting in September 2015. It was formally launched at an Investing
in Stockport partnership event at the Town Hall in March
2016.
Within the Plan, there is a commitment to publish a detailed report
in 2017 showing progress towards the inclusive vision at the heart
of the Plan. Key areas of progress and outcome measures were set
out for 2015-17, with the expectation that these are reported and
evaluated at the mid-point of the Plan.
This report sets out the key issues to consider when undertaking a
refresh of the Plan, along with the proposed process and timescales
for this.
