Multi-Disciplinary Design Frameworks

This report requests approval from the Executive on plans for the Council to procure some framework contracts to deliver construction works, particularly for works relating to capital projects and schools which are not capable of being delivered under the Alliance Agreements with Carillion. To also request approval for a delegated decision to award to the successful contractors following the procurement process.

Consultation is taking place with STAR Procurement, Legal Services, Carillion and appropriate key service users. Open days have also been held with interested suppliers.
