Equality and/or Environmental Impact Assessment: The proposed key decision will support implementation of existing strategic policies to seek to maximise employment and skills benefits, in both the Core Strategy and Economic Development Strategy, which are covered by EIA's. Therefore an EIA should not be needed for adopting the National Skills Academy for Construction Guidance.
