Funding is available via the MCC to improve walking and cycling in Greater Manchester, one of the many improvements planned in Stockport is the replacement of Heaton Norris Park/Hatton Street bridge.
SMBC consulted roughly 100 residents and are planning to replace the bridge at an astronomical cost.
