We, the undersigned Want the Council to address the dangerous speeding through our estate and the use of the estate for a 'rat run' to Brinnington. Somebody is going to get seriously hurt or worse. Action needs to be taken, this is meant to be a 20mph zone and it is not enforced or monitored and people use our roads like race tracks.
