We, the undersigned We want the council to look at the passages on The Quadrant. We want serious consideration to closing these passages or installing lockable gates . This is in order to prevent anti social behaviour and opportunist crime by people using our roads as a cut through and the passages as an escape route
There has been an increase in crime in our immediate area.
