The Cabinet will be asked to provide feedback on the BID proposal and draft Business Plan, confirmation they will not Veto the proposals provided they comply with Council policies and BID regulations, to authorise the Returning Officer to carry out the ballot and to allocate annual funds to cover the Council’s obligations arising from the BID levy over the life of the BID (5 years) should the ballot be successful.
