The Area Committee has given approval to an application from Thornfield Bowling Club/Friends of Thornfield Crown Green Bowling for a grant of £291 from the Ward Flexibility Funding Budget (£145.50 from Heatons North, £145.50 from Heatons South, £150 ward allocations) towards the cost of a set of regulation jacks as the present jacks would be obsolete at the end of this year.
