The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval to a ground lease where the Council is the Freeholder and the tenant (Brinksway Tool Ltd) wishes to assign the lease to Hyde Investments Limited. These companies are part of the same group known as Hyde Group and the assignment is required for restructuring purposes.
