On 22 April 2020, the Cabinet Member for Resources, Commissioning & Governance gave approval to a series of recommendations in relation to strategic investment in an asset of strategic economic and financial importance to Manchester, Greater Manchester and the North West and which provided a significant number of jobs to local residents.  This was published as Executive Decision Reference CMDRCG2.

On 7 May 2020, the Head of Legal and Democratic Governance exercised the delegations afforded by that decision to execute and complete documents to put into effect that decision (Officer Decision reference ODSHLDGEA3)

In accordance with the delegations provided for in the ‘not for publication’ report supporting that decision, the Head of Legal and Democratic Governance has now executed and completed additional and necessary documents to put into effect that decision.
