The Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration has granted planning permission the removal of condition 13 of planning permission DC040563 at Pear Tree Cottage, Hill Top Farm, Ridge Road, Marple to change the use of the building from that previously granted as a holiday let to a separate residential dwellinghouse (retrospective) subject (i) to the applicant entering into a Section 106 agreement relating to the provision and maintenance of formal recreation and children’s play space and facilities within the Borough to meet the needs of the residents of the development; and (ii) the removal of permitted development rights.
