The Deputy Chief Executive has given authority to enter into such agreements/contracts with Homes England as are necessary to allow SMBC to receive and administer grant monies funded under Homes England’s Housing Infrastructure Fund Marginal Viability Fund Programme relating to the delivery of infrastructure in support of the delivery of affordable housing.
