The Deputy Chief Executive has approved the appointment of Thomas Kershaw Builders Ltd as contractor to undertake alterations to Birdhall Lane Depot, Off Birdhall Lane, Cheadle Heath as part of the Cabinet approved Asset Management Plan. The award was following a competitive tendering process.
