The Deputy Chief Executive has granted authority to the issuing of consent to enable Bolling Investments to Sublet to Volvo Car UK Limited and subsequent Sub-underlet to Lookers Motor Group Limited a portion of land on St Mary’s Way to allow for works to be carried out at the Lookers Motor Group premises.
