The Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration and the Borough Treasurer have approved the acquisition of the freehold of 76, 78 and 84 Wellington Road Sough and 2 Railway Road in accordance with Heads of Terms as set out in Exempt Appendix 1 and the sums set out in exempt Appendix 4.
