The Area Committee has given approval to the proposed scheme to introduce a number of dropped kerb crossing facilities in the Higher Bents Lane area, as detailed in the plans appended to the report, at a total cost of £19,985.08 to be funded jointly from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (£19,135.08 from the Bredbury Green & Romiley ward allocation) and the Highway Improvement Programme (£850).
