The Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing considered proposals for the introduction of a permit parking scheme on St Albans Avenue, Heaton Moor. The Cabinet Member has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the order being made:-

Introduce Permit Parking (1 individual permit per property for a registered vehicle):

St Albans Avenue (No’s 3 – 19)

Both sides from a point 4 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road in a South Easterly direction to its cul-de-sac end.

The costs of the scheme are to be met from the Parking Budget.

The Heatons & Reddish Area Committee supported the proposals.
