A representative of the Democratic Services Officer submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider an application for a Tough Tribe Event in Woodbank Memorial and Vernon parks, including part of the Poise Brook Valley on 23 September 2018.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to application from Life Leisure for the use of Woodbank Memorial and Vernon parks on 23 September 2018 for a Tough Tribe Event, in so far as the event takes place in the area covered by the Stepping Hill Area Committee.
The Stepping Hill Area Committee and the Central Stockport Area Committee have approved an application from Life Leisure to hold a Tough Tribe event on Woodbank Memorial Park, Vernon Park and the Poise Brook Valley on 23 September 2018, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
