The Area Committee considered and approved a proposal to resurface with bitmac the access roadway from the vehicle gate entrance at Half Moon Lane towards the Offerton Hall Allotments, at a cost of £6,250 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Offerton Ward allocation).
The Area Committee further requested that the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration ensure that contractors remove all loose material from the site following the completion of the works to reduce the opportunities for materials to be used for inappropriate purposes.
