The Cabinet considered the detailed delivery plans for the implementation of Phase II of the Digital by Design Programme (DbD) approval of which had previously been agreed by the Cabinet in July 2017, and then gave approval to the funding of the DbD Phase II programme on the basis of the detailed delivery plans set out in report.
