The Executive has:-
· recommended that the Council Meeting adopt the Annual Pay Policy Statement for 2017/18 as set out in the report;
· endorsed the increase in the Living Wage rate paid by the Council, in line with current policy, to £8.45 per hour with effect from 1 April 2017.
