The Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order for Residents Permit Holders Only on Winifred Road, Davenport at an approximate cost of £850 to be funded from the centrally held Highways Maintenance budget :-
Proposed Revocation of Traffic Regulation Order - Resident Permit Holders Only
Winifred Road - south east side from the easterly kerbline of Abergele Street to a point approximately 58 metres west of the westerly kerbline of Buxton Road.
The Area Committee approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
