The Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the orders being made:-

 

REVOCATION

 

No Loading 7am To 7pm

 

Lancashire Hill, both sides its entire length.

No Loading At Any Time

 

Lancashire Hill, east side, from the northerly kerb-line of Knightsbridge, in a northerly direction, to the southerly kerb-line of Penny Lane.

 

Lancashire Hill, east side, from the northerly kerb-line of Penny Lane, in a northerly direction, for a distance of 59 metres

 

No Loading 7am – 10am & 4pm – 7pm

 

Lancashire Hill, west side for its entire length

 

Lancashire Hill, east side, from a point 59 metres north of the northerly kerbline of Penny Lane, in a northerly direction to the southerly kerbline of Tiviot Way.

 

20 MPH Zone

 

Penny Lane, from its junction with Lancashire Hill to a point 21 metres north of its junction with Cymbal Court

 

Cymbal Court for its entire length

 

Kings Court for its entire length

Road Humps

 

Penny Lane, Junction Table (75mm high) at its junction with the private access to Hanover Towers, 88 metres east of the easterly kerbline of Lancashire Hill. Entire width of road from a point 88metres east of its junction with Penny Lane for a distance of 21 metres.

 

Penny Lane, Hump (length 6.8m 75mm high) approximately 8 metres east of the easterly kerb-line of Lancashire Hill. Entire with of the road.

 

Moving Traffic Regulation Order

 

Cycle Track

 

The following areas of footway are to be converted into a cycle track under Section 65(1) of the Highways Act 1980 so to provide a segregated cycle track facility:

 

Lancashire Hill, east side, from a point 15 metres of the northern kerb-line of Knightsbridge, in a northerly direction, to the southern kerb-line of Penny Lane

 

Lancashire Hill, east side, from the northern kerb-line of Penny Lane, in a northerly direction, for a distance of 59 metres

 

Central Stockport Area Committee supported the proposals.
