The Executive has recommended that the Council Meeting adopt the revised Scrutiny Committees set out in paragraph 2 of the report, subject to the inclusion of the ‘Local Plan’ within the remit of the Economy and Regeneration Scrutiny Committee, from the commencement of the 2017/18 Municipal Year.
