The Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) has approved the legal advertising of the following Moving Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days of the advertisement date, the order being made, at an estimated cost of £6,830:-

 

(1) Revocation of 20mph Speed Limit

 

Osborne Street, Bredbury, from a point 80 metres east of its junction with Davies Road to a point 10 metres north of its junction with Yew Tree Drive

 

(2) Moving Traffic Regulation Order “20mph zone”

 

Osborne Street for its entire adopted length

Annable Road for its entire adopted length

Brimelow Street for its entire adopted length

Cottage Gardens for its entire adopted length

Davies Road for its entire adopted length

Dark Lane for its entire adopted length

Doric Avenue for its entire adopted length

Doyle Avenue for its entire adopted length

Fortyacre Drive for its entire adopted length

Kay Avenue for its entire adopted length

Redhill Drive for its entire adopted length

Robin Croft for its entire adopted length

Sargent Road for its entire adopted length

Well Mead for its entire adopted length

Yew Tree Drive for its entire adopted length

 

(3) Proposed traffic calming speed Table (4.5m long flat top hump with tapered sides) Osborne Street, Bredbury, from a point 15 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of Yew Tree Drive.
