The Executive considered the proposed Greater Manchester Low Emission Strategy and Air Quality Action Plan, and approved the delegation to the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration, in consultation with the Executive Councillor (Supporting Places) to approve the response on behalf of Stockport Council.
