The Area Committee has given approval to the following scheme between Stockport Road and the Liberal Club on Beech Lane, Romiley at a cost of £3,220 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green and Romiley Ward allocation):-
Area 1- Exit from car park
Excavate grass verge area and provide and lay new topsoil to both sides of the exit and install 2 new bollards to prevent parking.
Area 2- Entrance to Car park near tree
Take out grass at end of verge and bitmac.
Area 3- Approach to car park
Soil and seed verge and lay Bodpave to protect.
