The Area Committee was minded to approve the following No Waiting At aNy Time Traffic Regulation Order on Windemere Road, Heaviley, as set out below, art an approximate cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget ( Manor Ward allocation):-
Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time
Windermere Road
West Side - from a point 107.5 metres north of the northerly kerbline of Nangreave Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
Windermere Road
East Side - from a point 10 metres south of the southerly kerbline of Bleatarn Road to a point 10 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Bleatarn Road.
Bleatarn Road
Both Sides - from the easterly kerbline of Windermere Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
