The Area Committee has approved an application from Cheadle Civic Society to hold a further three Makers’ Markets on Cheadle Green on 6 June, 4 July and 1 August 2015, subject to the production of appropriate papers and the obtaining of a Temporary Event Notice and Street Collection Permit.
The Area Committee has also requested that the Cheadle Village Partnership review the impact of the Makers’ Markets and in particular carry out a survey of local shopkeepers to gauge the effect of the Makers’ Markets on their businesses.
