The Executive Councillor (Communities and Sustainability) has approved the installation of 2 x Vehicle Activated Speed signs on Wide Base Pole’s on Stanley Road, Heald Green subject to the outcome of the statutory consultation, in order to address speeding concerns on Stanley Road close to the entrance of a specialist school, at an estimated cost of £5,500 with half of the total cost to be funded by the Executive Budget with the remaining half to be funded by the Ward Delegated Budget.

The Area Committee supported the proposal.
