The Area Committee approved an application from 18-21 June 2015, for an event which would include a carnival procession which will culminate in Marple Memorial Park, which will house a car boot sale, small fairground rides, hot and cold food stalls, information stall, raffles, bands and dance troupes with larger fairground attractions at Brabyns Park.
