To consider a report of the Service Director (Legal and Democratic Services) and Service Director (Place Management)

This report considers the objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order at the Oak Road area, Cheadle.

The Area Committee is requested to consider the options in paragraph 4 of the report.

A representative of the Service Director (Place Management) submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) of the Service Director (Legal and Democratic Services) and Service Director (Place Management) requested the Area Committee to consider the objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order in the Oak Road area, Cheadle.

RESOLVED – That, in light of the objections received to the above named Order, the following amended Order be made:-

Revocation of No Waiting 8am – 11pm

Oak Road, Cheadle - west side from the southerly kerb line of Stockport Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction.

Oak Road, Cheadle - east side from the southerly kerb line of Stockport Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction.

Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time

Oak Road, Cheadle - west side from the southerly kerb line of Stockport Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction.

Oak Road, Cheadle - east side from the southerly kerb line of Stockport Road for a distance of 15 metres in a southerly direction.

Revocation of No Waiting 8am – 11pm
