To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report details an application for a licence to provide or arrange the provision of boarding dogs under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.

Members are requested to consider whether or not to grant a licence for the provision of boarding dogs.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report which provided details of an application for a licence to provide or arrange the provision of boarding dogs under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018.

The Committee interviewed the applicant, who was accompanied by a friend, in relation to these matters.

RESOLVED – That the application be granted.
