To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details a proposal to add a Restricted Byway along Vernon Road to the Definitive Map and Statement.

The Area Committee is recommended:-

(1) To give approval to the making of a modification order to add that part of Vernon Road marked A-B on the map at Appendix 1 to the report to the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport as a Restricted Byway and in the event that no objections are received to the order, or that any objections are withdrawn, the order be confirmed.

(2) That in the event that objections are received, and sustained, the order be submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to add a Restricted Byway along Vernon Road to the Definitive Map and Statement.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to:-
