Councillors and Officers to declare any interests which they have in any of the items on the agenda for the meeting.

Alison Blount and Susan Claydon will make a presentation with regard to digital accessibility for people with complex needs from the perspectives of the Contact Centre and the Multi-Agency Safeguarding and Support Hub respectively.

To consider a report of the Head of Policy, Performance and Reform

The report sets out for consideration the findings and proposed recommendations following the Scrutiny Review on ‘Understanding the Accessibility of Digital Services across the Borough’.

The Review Panel are requested to consider the detail in the report, the proposed recommendations and suggest any further information they wish to be included prior to submission to the Corporate, Resource Management and Governance Scrutiny Committee and Members of the Environment and Economy Scrutiny Committee.
