Appointment of the Chair of the Executive Board Under Section 10.2 of the AGMA Constitution, members of the Board are required to elect a Chair for the municipal year form the largest political group represented on the Board. Members are requested to note that a Chair can only be appointed from the members of AGMA. |

Appointment of Vice Chairs of the Executive Board Under Section 10.3 of the AGMA Constitution members of the Board are required to elect 3 Vice Chairs, 1 from each political group represented on the Board. |
