A representative of the Service Director (Legal & Democratic Services) submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions, listing current planning appeals and dates for local inquiries and informal hearings according to Area Committees. 

 

A Member raised concern in respect of the timeframe for the progress of enforcement action throughout the Borough.  A representative of the Service Director (Place Development) proposed future progress of enforcement action would be submitted to the Committee by the Service Director (Place Development). 

 

 RESOLVED – That the report be noted.
