To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 25 July 2013.

Minutes:

The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 25 July 2013 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair subject to the deletion of resolution of Minute 9 ‘Introduction of changes to the Council's checklist for the Validation of Planning Applications and its replacement with the following:-

 

“RESOLVED – That approval be given to the proposed amendments to the Application Validation Checklist”.

Plan no. 52938 for the extension of primary school and nursery buildings with extended playground, landscaping, car parking and off-site highways works at St Pauls Primary School, Brinnington Road, Brinnington as her relative lived in the caretaker’s bungalow on site.

 

Councillor Rowles left the meeting during consideration of this item and took no part in the discussion or vote.

RESOLVED – (1) That planning permission be granted subject to the inclusion of a condition to ensure that the provision of a speed camera in the vicinity of the site would be maintained and that should repositioning be required the period of time where the camera would be inoperable should be minimised.

 

(2) That the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration be requested to circulate the decision notice to Members of the Committee for information.
