To consider call-in items (if any).

To consider a report of the Democratic Services Manager.

The report sets out a Protocol in relation to Committee minutes to ensure:

• the issues raised by members during a debate are captured,
• the comments of a Scrutiny Committee are considered by the Executive.

The Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee is invited to consider the suggested Protocol in relation to committee minutes.
