The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 10 June 2013 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Consultation on Executive Saving Proposals - Comments of Scrutiny Committees pdf icon PDF 39 KB

To consider a report of the Democratic Services Manager. (To follow)

 

The Scrutiny Committees in this cycle are being invited to consider the headline information on the process and initial findings in respect of the consultations on the Executive saving proposals. The full results will be available and submitted to the meeting of the Executive Meeting on 16 July 2013 together with the comments of the Scrutiny Committees and this Committee.

 

The Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee is invited to consider the comments of Scrutiny Committees

Minutes:

The Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) providing a summary of the discussions and comments made by each Scrutiny Committee in the last cycle of meetings in relation to the consultation on the Executive’s Savings Proposal report considered by the Executive on 18 February 2013.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be referred to the Executive with a request that the comments be considered as part of their deliberations on the results of the consultation.
