RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to:-

(i)            the imposition of conditions relating to the submission of a landscaping scheme and the removal of permitted development rights; and

(ii)          the inclusion of an informative stating that the application had been assessed on the basis of a family dwelling-house and that any further change of use would require the submission of a further development application.
