To consider a report of the Borough Treasurer.

The report provides School’s Forum members with update on the excessive surplus balance control mechanism applied for 2018/19; and further provides an update on the cumulative position of the process applied since re-introduction following Schools’ Forum request/agreement.

Schools Forum members are asked to:

a)    Note the report; and

b)   Offer any further comments
