To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

 

The report sets out proposals to resolve an anomaly with the Traffic Regulation Orders on Eden Place in Cheadle.

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out proposals to resolve an anomaly with the Traffic Regulation Orders on Eden Place in Cheadle.

 

RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport be recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order on Eden Place, Cheadle, at an approximate cost of £600 to funded from the Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport’s budget, and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made:-

 

Revoke No Waiting at Any Time / No Loading Monday to Friday 8 – 9am & 4.30 – 6.30pm. Saturday 8 – 9.30am & 11.30am – 1.30pm:

 

Eden Place

 

North east side from a point level with the south easterly property line of No. 28 High Street for a distance of 2.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

 

Revoke No Waiting 8am – 8pm:

 

Eden Place

 

North east side from a point level with the south easterly property line of No. 28 High Street for a distance of 9.5 metres in a north westerly direction.

 

South west side from a point level with the (projected) south easterly property line of No. 28 High Street for a distance of 9 metres in a north westerly direction.

 

Introduce No Waiting at Any Time:

 

Eden Place

 

North east side from a point 2.5 metres south east of the south easterly property line of No. 28 High Street for a distance of 12 metres in a north westerly direction.

 

South west side from a point level with the (projected) south easterly property line of No. 28 High Street for a distance of 9 metres in a north westerly direction.
