A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) which requested the Committee to consider whether the applicant was a fit and proper person to hold a hire car driver’s licence in view of the applicant’s previous convictions.
RESOLVED – At the request of the applicant this item was deferred until the next meeting of the Licensing Environment and Safety Committee.
